This will not get rid of wrinkles at all! Potentially if you do this every day you will get a more “rubber like” face but it will not help with wrinkles, if anything it will make them worse.

State your proof. How is it that people who exercise don’t have wrinkly arms and legs when they get old? The faces *does* have muscles, so it is possible that exercising these muscles can keep the face in shape.

I mean I’m on the fence about this so I’m just trying to get info on both sides.

@FMLFYT Exactly! Moreover, the facial muscles are attached to the skin in order to move it, so when they are untrained, it affects on your appearance much more than untrained body muscles which are attached to bones. So if you train your face you can see the facelift effect straight away. Just try to do mimirobics workouts and you will see better results on your face.

OK!… it is a scientific fact that the repetetive facial expressions CAUSE wrinkles. why do you think people get botox? it paralyses the specific muscles, like forehead ect, that are causing expression lines. this is one of the stupidist things I have seen on youtube!!lmfao!!

@4961angel Exactly, the REPETITIVE facial expressions cause wrinkles. That’s why I suggest to practice DIFFERENT facial exercises and tone facial muscles balanced way. After workout the muscles relax naturally and the wrinkles dissolve. It is exactly the same effect as after botox, but without traumatizing your facial muscles.

Even facial yoga teachers have botox. So it purely look like face excerise isn’t working. Maybe it does remove fat or tone but it sure doesn’t get rid of wrinkle.

Just because scienetist discover one thing doesn’t necessary make it true. Other scientist will be against other scientist will not be against it. If their more scientist agree on this thing it will state as fact.

But by the look of this teacher he doesn’t seem to have toned up face. Now that proof! ;P
