Can I Feminize Myself While Remaining Fertile?

I want to grow my breasts and have softer, clearer skin. Can I do this without becoming infertile? Is there meds out there that can help, or even herbs? Surgery for my face is optional in the future, and so is lipo/tucking/lifting, but for now I just want to be what the masses call "a shemale". I want to be able to feminize myself as much as possible without losing my semen for a while. Is it possible?
I have been on estrogen and a small amount of anti-androgen too for about a full year. Before that it was all herbs, as well as heavy doses of herbs during last summer. I stopped everything and went blank around November last year and have masculinized a lot! I took some pills for growth hormone (natural) and I have found that my breasts have grown some. Interesting.
I want to keep my penis ONLY for reproduction, but other than that, I HATE being a man so much that it makes me want to cry.
Besides, I heard that the majority of post-op women don’t have orgasm anymore. What a bummer! So, I just want to be a girl and hide my "little secret" for a while longer, and yes, I felt the need to "go all the way" when I was self-medicating . I also began to act feminine without thinking and when I saw cute things…wow, I just got all gushy! hahaha
So, yeah. There ya go.

If you go on hormones, you will in time, become sterile. If that is a concern, your options are to bank sperm before starting hormone therapy, or don’t go on hormones.

The way that you asked the question leaves me wondering what your real intent is. If you are transsexual, hormone therapy is a life saver. If you are a crossdresser who is fantasizing about having breasts, do yourself a favor and stay away from hormones. The risks and some of the changes are not worth it. Stick with breast forms.

Non-prescription feminizing concoctions are a waste of money. If they were able to raise estrogen levels in the body to therapeutic levels, they would require a prescription.

Also, please do not self-medicate, hormone therapy has numerous risks that require the regular monitoring of a doctor through office visits and blood tests. Some of these can kill you.

Edit: Where did you get this claim that most post-op transwomen cannot have an orgasm? With the current surgical techniques, that is far from the truth.

Yes, but a bit tricky. T girls who want to maintain their functionality limit the quantity of hormones they take. The idea is to take enough to produce physical changes like breast growth but not so much that your body shrinks the testicles too much or causes loss of erectile function. I’m not quite sure how to manage that, AFAIK it requires experimentation.

You can also enlarge your breasts with vacuum systems like the Brava, estrogenic or phytoestrogenic creams like Perfect Woman breast cream (which *will* effect testicular function but is more topical so probably will have less of a systemic effect), or implants. However, to be passable and get the best results — feminine hips and butt, etc. — you’ll probably want to use at least some systemic estrogen. You can also get topical progesterone, it’s designed for vaginal application but it can work on your breasts.

Another possibility is that you could bank some of your sperm and take it out again.

Also keep in mind that female hormones will change your personality and sex drive while you use them, both will be closer to a woman’s. The effects can be unpredictable, once when I was taking estrogen my gestures became all feminine and everyone at work was looking at me funny, LOL.

Have you thought about the long-term implications? Even IF you get into porn, what happens when that’s done?

    You will eventually regret this.

    See a therapist please.

Breast implants and chemical peels can give you breasts and smoother skin.

You are obviously very confused about how you want to express your gender, and trying to figure it out by playing around with hormones is like playing Russian Roulette. You’ve obviously been poorly informed about the effects of taking hormones, and the results of GRS. Many post-op women maintain the ability to orgasm. I highly recommend you start seeing a gender therapist so you can figure out what you really want to do with your life. Taking hormones is not a "have your cake and eat it too" proposition. To acquire a female appearing body you have to sacrifice certain aspects of your male body – one of which is the ability to remain fertile. If you truly are a female, transitioning could be the most important thing in your life, but if you are just "dabbling", it could COST you your life.
