Exercises for Someone With a Bad Neck?

I had a neck injury about 10yrs ago and whenever I do sit ups or any lifting my neck hurts for 2-3 days afterwards. I want to flatten my tummy, but don’t know what exercises to do without flaring up my old injury.

I have had a huge problem with my neck as well and the only solution is to go to a good physiotherapist or trainer. They will asses the damage and give you excersises to improve it. You will notice a difference in 3 days of doing them. Its better just to fix it then you can do all sorts of exersises otherwise you can risk making it worse.

    try this:

lie on your back and pull up slowly your legs. Do this 30-40 times. You’ll feel the pain trust me! ;)

One of the best ones are bridges but if your neck has been injured I am not sure if it would be a good one for you.

Maybe wear a neck brace while exercising might help. And hold your head wher your chin points to the ceiling. An d dont pull at the back of your head when coming up relax the hands behind your head.
