Also I have slight puffy cheeks at the sides of my face and jaw, I think it is the flaccid muscle needing toned, do you have any tips on how to tone this area faster?

In his video, Dr. Schultz compares facial skin with the elastic in your underwear. Not a really good analogy! There is an unbridgeable difference between the elastin fibers in your face and the elastic band in a pair of your old underwear.
