Facial Exercises

Presented by www.beautifulonraw.com Imagine a rubber band…permanently stretched. Lengthened. No longer tight. That’s a good analogy for how your facial muscles look if you are over forty. Your facial muscles go soft, and become flabby. The whole face sags. Just as you can reshape your body through exercise, in the same way you can reshape your face. Facial exercises can actually shorten these loose, flaccid muscles, make them firm and taut. They can make the muscle fibers grow stronger. They can tighten and lift the contours of your face, giving you a more youthful appearance. For more information visit http

    Dear Tonya (great page)
    This is a great page but are you going to do a dvd on the facial workout?
    Also I have slight puffy cheeks at the sides of my face and jaw, I think it is the flaccid muscle needing toned, do you have any tips on how to tone this area faster?
    Thanks Kevin

    @kevinmcgarrigle
    Please, consider the raw food diet. It’s the best solution for puffiness. More info on my website. beautifulonraw/com

    In his video, Dr. Schultz compares facial skin with the elastic in your underwear. Not a really good analogy! There is an unbridgeable difference between the elastin fibers in your face and the elastic band in a pair of your old underwear. Your skin, the largest organ of your body is living and constantly regenerating, but an article of clothing can only degenerate. My approach: Boost the body’s capability to produce useful collagen via raw foods and facial exercises. Read my July newsletter
