I Crack My Fingers on My Head?

I have some strange habits. Do you have any suggestions on how to get out of the,?

1) I crack my fingers on my head. Other people crack them using their other hand if that’s not confusing? It’s like you crack your fingers (if you crack your fingers).

2) I put on sunglasses before I paint my toenails. It’s not like a fear or anything, it’s a habit. I put them on without even realizing until a few minutes after I put them on.

3) When I’m nervous I tie knots. I don’t know if this is even a slight bit normal at all, but when I get nervous I start tying knots in anything flimsy I can get a hold of.

4) I squinch up my face and turn away when I close umbrellas and car doors.

5) I do this weird thing where, instead of just getting a chill down my spine, I (one at a time) raise my eyebrows, close my eyes tight, wrinkle my nose, crinkle my mouth(?), stretch my neck, lift my shoulders, put my arms in like a dinosaur position (elbows by sides wrists by shoulders) and curl my fingers, roll my shoulders back, tighten my butt (eww), flex my legs all the way down, point my toes, and curl them. It happens extremely fast, like in a second, and it annoys me cuz I can’t stop it until it’s already over with.

6) I spit out any liquid automatically if it is hot. I think that it quite normal though…

    All that are normal..It’s you, then just continue with it, I mean that is your behaviour..If you don’t get anything harmful by doing that then it’s just fine..
