I Recently Lost a Great Deal of Weight..now I Am Left With Extra Skin on My Abdomen, Neck,Arms and Thighs?

Does anyone know of a method of tightening this skin without plastic surgery? I have heard there were lotions and nonsurgical procedures that might help.

There is no non-surgical way to get rid of this excess skin.

Skin does have some elasticity for normal weight gain and loss, but when the skin has been stretched to accommodate vast quantities of fatty tissue or pregnancy, this damage is PERMANENT snd creams and lotions only serve to reduce discolouration.

This is also true for stretch marks! No way on this earth to remove these either! I have been to several medical practitioners with this problem, and they all say the same thing!

I had been in the same position last year. Here’s what I did

Applied SLOAN’S BALM on m abs, thighs, neck areas and it burnt the skin away. Can u believe i lost my waist frm 36 to 32 in just 3 months??
I used to appl it daily- a bottle costs Rs.37 that’s cheap isn’t it?
You will feel burning sensations and that means ur skin is going. Watch as your skin turns red and ur innerwear tuens yellowish that means u r losing SKIN…..
Go ahead try it. its done wonders for me.

You can exercise and drink a lot of water, which helps DURING the weight loss. Not sure what will happen if you’re done losing weight though. You can try massage too. But you might have to look into plastic surgery. It leaves horrible scars.
Congrats on your weight loss, btw.
