I'm Almost 16 and I Want Lighter and Firmer Breasts. but Im Unable to Get a Reduction. Any Advice??

im 5’3” I weigh 103lbs, and my cup size is 34D. I have many problems with the size of my chest..It’s almost impossible for me to find well fitting bras and shirts. I’m constantly recieving unwanted attention from boys and men. I have tremendous amount of back and neck pain as well as bad posture. I have little divets in my shoulders from bras, i have stretch marks, and my boobs sag already! I visited a plastic surgeon a while back, and he said i was a good candidate for the surgery..But our insurance wouldnt allow it..i was too young. I only had to wait 3 years to get the surgery but i didnt give up. I did research and the only other options i found were to lose weight. or a herbal pill called Alexia. my large breasts are genetic, and im not exactley overweight, so weight loss wasnt an option. And i’m skeptical about Alexia because i had never heard of breast reduction through a pill. Does anyone know anything about Alexia, is it legit? other advice and help is greatly appreciated =]

I looked at the website for Alexia, and I think it’s very sketchy. It’s a "proprietary mix" of herbs so they don’t say what’s in it. Just because it contains herbs does not mean it’s safe. Herbal supplements can be very dangerous if you don’t talk to a doctor before taking them.

I would not take those pills. I really doubt they work or if they are even safe.

Just so you know, I am 5’4", 125 pounds, and a 34DD. If your back hurts and your bra straps are digging in, you should go to Victoria’s Secret or a nice department store to be fitted for a bra. You’re probably wearing the wrong size or a style with straps that aren’t supportive enough.

If you reach 18 and still feel the way you do now, then have the surgery. Don’t put your body at risk taking unknown pills.

Don’t do anything until you are older. Your body is still growing! Also, you should wait until after you have kids. You may not be able to breast feed them if you do it now. Sometimes breasts shrink after pregnancy!

    They are SCAMS.

Do you REALLY think, if they REALLY worked, that many women would be going under the knife for surgery?!??!?

Don’t get them, they are scams and a waste of money.

Fight the insurance company, or find supportive bras until you can get covered.
