Is Face Lift Popular in Usa?

i heard a lot of people in usa have taken face lift,1300000000 operation registered ,is it true?and people in USA are not ugly,why is the situation there like in korea

    Defiantly not that many but yeah people get face lifts, probably because here in the U.S every ones so obsessed with their looks.
