I don’t know what to say anymore she has fell of my eyes. She looks like catwoman now. It’s not great to play with you’re face Kim! I have so many old pictures of Kim back in 2007/2006/2005 It’s not great! Before her plastic surgeries She looked Armenian and Natural It’s kinda sad, because she’s young! She’s not a downer She does not have problems with her body or face to do plastic surgeries. ok. let’s go through the procedures..chin implant, lower and upper blepharoplasty, browlift, larger cheek implants,butt implant, D-DD breast implants, lip augmentation. Kim was very beautiful before and now w/ the upper eye job she had done, she actually looks worse. It has actually made her eyes slant upward too tightly. Also these cheek implants are way too big for her face. She should’ve stuck with the first ones.

@jm22111 I went to makeup school too. I think Kim was pretty before but she’s stunning now, and it’s obvious she’s had work done (besides the botox). She went from looking very ethnic to…. not so much lol.
She totally got plastic surgery done within the past few years! If you look back at her first season videos, her eyes were big rounded and her nose was kinda curvy in, and now her eyes have been stretched outward, kind-of like angelina jolie style and her nose is much thinner and pointier outward.

shes never had a big nose, and its still the same nose and from angles still has a little bump, over the years she has just used much better makeup products and used nose contoring to make it look slimmer, and her lips are the same!

plastic surgery is ALWAYS a mistake (unless someone has an accident or illness) In the DSI plastic surgery is actual classified as “mental illness” along with cutting and self mutilation. Eventually, everyone who has ever had it done starts to feel especially insecure about themselves. not to mention just about every man i’ve ever talked to finds it “disgusting”.
well she said she hasnt had any plastic surgery …i believe it in a way becouse in her show she actually did admit to doing bottox….and and did an x ray on her butt…and she also lost weight and when u loose weight u intent to loose it in your nose and lips….but what i dont get is how she got so famous she cant dance sing act design anything ..etc what the heck just couse shes” flawless”..but i have to give it to her she is beautiful…..caNT LIE…
She has a completely different face now. More “sort of “waspy not exotic Armenian. She looks refined more,more delicate less commom. Kims look is sort of common. She is like many females in the mall here and there/ Usa,immigrant like,but now she looks sculpted and more media ready. Also she looks less swarthy and crass. I also see eye shape changed and cheek implants. Would say worth the bucks but a little waxy and unreal too.
