I have never had that done, but I looked into getting lipo for a double chin a few years ago. The plastic surgeon (board-certified) said that one would have to hang their head all the way back off of the table to get an even result. I have disc problems in my neck (and back) so I wouldn’t be able to tolerate the procedure. I don’t believe that lipo is supposed to fix sagging skin but instead the fat cells. Perhaps you can talk with a board-certified ps about the procedure and its risks associated with it. It’s also a wise idea to look at before and after photos and ask for references of previous patients.

Good question, I am actually considering this surgery. I think they give you a mini/partial face lift atthe same time. I hate my profile and want this done. What provoked you to ask such a question?

Hey folks relax ! The skin wont drop loose as you all are imagining. It will be made to drape around tightly around the new contours of your new chin contour – REST ASSURED ABSOLUTELY.
