Lost Weight Yet Still the Same Size?

Before i joined the navy i lost 50lbs yet i was still the same size(a 13). Since i’ve been in i gained some of it back but lost weight again. Every now and then i can fit in a size 11. I don’t get it, does it have to do w/height? I’m 5’1 and have a large chest which frustrates me as well, most of the time when women lose weight the first place you lose it off of is your chest. I lost weight in my thighs, neck, face, and stomach yet i gained 2 inches in my waist when i got taped today. So what gives? I run, do yoga, pilates and walk for miles yet i’m still the same size and my chest still big. Its hard to be in standards for my body because of my height. I eat right and everything, i lose weight and inches yet some of my clothes still fit. I was told to do weight lifting to really help reduce my chest size and lose fat as well. Any suggestions as to why this is?

If you lost 50lbs and your boobs are still big, you will need surgery to reduce them. Yes, SOME women lose boob size they lose bodyfat but not ALL women. I would bet most women in your family are large breasted too. Skinny or overweight.

Weight lifting will NOT reduce your breast size.

One thing I’d ask, after the 60lbs were lost, was your body still "soft" or did you have abs slightly showing? If you were still soft, then I would recommend perhaps trying a well designed diet. I know you say you "eat right" but most people who say that really aren’t eating a well designed diet for fat loss.

If you’re interested, just send me an email and i’ll help you out. GOod luck!

Everyone looses and gains weight in different places (depends on genetics). Maybe your weight loss is evenly distributed so it’s not that visible. I think you will have to loose even more weight to loose the fat in places you want to loose it. Working out will turn your fat to muscle so there will still be approximately the same size.
