    Can’t say I was interested at all in doing any particular training with my neck (don’t do much training otherwise either). But this was really good and quite inspiring, I’ll remember your name.

    Do you know how i could workout my jaw line? i’m skinny but i have nasty fat under my neck and if i put my head down it looks like i have a double chin.

    @Passions1869 not quite sure on that one. Um? you can work the neck but as for the jaw………I guess seek a Doc for this type of thing.
