    So NO to implants.
Fat Grafting with stem cells is the only way to go when adding VOLUME to the face.
    We want FULLNESS of YOUTH.

Hi Dr Lam, I recently heard that chin or cheek implants especially those made of solid silicon- are causing bone resorbtion and bone erosion.
Is this effect on the bone constantly increasing, or dose this erosion or resorbtion stop to a certain point?
What exactly causes this kind of bone resorbtion?
Is there less bone resorbtion with implants made of porous polyethylene (Medpore)
because they permit tissue ingrowth and vascularisation?

if I want my face to look longer/narrower, should I have fillers injected into the apple of my cheeks or more to the side to create cheekbones?

@dj6658 this is a hard question. i think someone needs to see your face in person to make that decision and do a proper consultation.
