    Cynthia.
I agree that intense facial resistance exercise is the key to restoring a youthful looking face. But, besides emphasizing the LIFTING effect, you should also talk about the VOLUMIZING effect. A youthful face has much more VOLUME than an aging face… which actually shrinks due to the loss of muscle mass, fat and collagen. Look at a young woman’s face and with the bulging cheekbones!
Intense facial exercise not only plumps up the muscles, but the lactic acid stimulates COLLAGEN growth.

And the best part is that facial exercise won’t make you look like an alien the way plastic surgery often does.

Do the exercises work ? I have never done them long enough to find out–but one thing is certain after a week the blotchiness disappears, the skin becomes more even.

Why does she walk around with that anatomical mannequin ?? Not once in her DVD
does she point out the muscles stimulated by the exercise. She just holds it –or walks around with it.

i don’t get it, aren’t laughs and smiles what cause wrinkles in teh first place? when i look at my dad his dimples have become wrinkles why? because he’s smiled! he has wrinkles between his eyebrows because he’s frowned
he’s used his face muscles and that’s why wrinkles formed.
